- Could've easily been a four game sweep

- What's up with all those Red Sox fans in Dodger Stadium, with their loud "Let's Go Red Sox" chants?; seemed like several thousand had "invaded" Chavez Ravine from 3000 miles away

- American league observers have always known Steve Pearce had a very good bat (why he's bounced all over the league for years) but ... he really picked the right stage to shine!

- Machado and Kershaw may have damaged their Free Agent market value, especially Manny; Clayton now has exactly 3 days to decide whether to leave or return

- Price surprised me; prior history of coming up small in big situations

- Nate Eovaldi will be able to name his price (can both start and relieve, highly effectively)

- Walker Buehler is, at his young age, already elite; Bellinger pretty impressive too

Agree  with   every point Joe.   There are  many New Englanders  in So Cal.

Machado is gone.   Kershaw  will  not get as  much $$  if he leaves.   With Gregorious gone for 2019--they should get Manny.

When I thought about it more, my guess is, down 3-1, some Dodger fans sold their Game 5 tix to Red Sox fans. Expensive trip from Boston but ... Red Sox Nation travels pretty good. When they play in Baltimore, they take Amtrak down and often outnumber the O's fans. Tix in Baltimore 50% (or more) less than in NY or Boston.

Word is the Phillies will be hot after Manny. Agree Kershaw won't be able to do better than stay in LA. Plus ... what's a better location if you've got money?
